About Me
After more than a decade of working in supporting roles within my local communities, charities, and my local council, I began my counselling journey in 2021. Supporting others has always been something that comes naturally to me, and over time it became clear that counselling was where I was meant to be.

Having faced and worked through many of my own challenges in life, I know how powerful it can be to have a space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. Counselling isn’t just a profession for me, but a continual process of growth, both personally and professionally, for myself and my clients.
Through my work with people from many different walks of life and cultures, I’ve seen firsthand just how unique every person’s story is. This is what shaped my assimilative integrative approach. An approach that puts your individuality at the heart of the therapy. Together, we’ll adapt the work to suit who you are and what you need, creating a space that feels right for you.
I’m also passionate about ongoing learning and development, and I’m currently completing a Level 5 qualification in Trauma-Informed Practice, to deepen my understanding and enhance the support I can offer to you.
For your peace of mind, I’m an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), hold professional indemnity insurance, have a current enhanced DBS check, and I work in accordance with the NCPS ethical framework to ensure a safe, professional, and respectful practice.
